1. Data We Collect
Contact form submissions (name, email, message), newsletter sign-ups (email), early-access requests (name, email, studio details), and basic server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps). We do not run third-party analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If that changes, this page will be updated and a cookie notice will be shown before non-essential cookies are set.
2. How We Use Data
To respond to inquiries, deliver requested services (early access, demos, support), send transactional and product update emails you opted into, and operate and secure the site.
3. Service Providers
We share limited personal data only with vendors that help us run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and our transactional email provider. These vendors process data on our behalf under written agreements (Data Processing Addenda) and may not use it for their own purposes.
4. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the rights below. Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email), commercial information (early-access and purchase interest), internet activity (basic server logs), and any information you voluntarily submit through forms. Sources: directly from you, and automatically from your browser when you visit the site. Business purposes: providing the service, customer support, security, and compliance. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
5. Your California Rights
You have the right to know what we collect, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@poletis.com from the address on file and we will respond within 45 days.
6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell or share personal information. If you still want to formally submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, email privacy@poletis.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".
